The James J. Eagan Center offers a variety of public skate sessions for all ages and skill levels. Here's what you need to know to plan your visit.

Public Skate Sessions

Eagan Ice Rink provides regular public skate sessions for everyone to enjoy.

  • Wednesdays and Sundays: Check the schedule for resident family specials.

Holiday Public Skate Sessions

Join us on the holiday break for these special public skate sessions!

Resident Appreciation Skate Sessions

Enjoy the holidays with FREE admission for all Florissant residents showing a valid resident card. Free popcorn and soda will be provided. Nonresidents are welcome to skate during these sessions but regular admission rates will apply.

Stick and Puck Sessions

5 Minute DAILY Stickhandling Routine

Stick and puck is open to the public specifically for those who would like to work on their puck-handling and passing skills. Players must wear a helmet with full face protection and gloves. Session is limited to 30 players. See fee charts for admission pricing information. Regular Season Passes will not be accepted.

Season Passes

Season Passes include all listed open skates, holiday skates and stick and puck. Rental skates are not included.

Important Information and Policies

For your safety and enjoyment, please be aware of the following policies:

  • Safety First: Ice Rink guards trained in CPR and first aid are on duty. However, there is an element of risk in all Ice Rink activities.
  • Inclement Weather: The Ice Rink may close early due to weather conditions.
  • Substance Policy: Any person suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance will not be allowed in the Rink area.
  • Food and Drink: Patrons are not permitted to bring food or drink into the facility.
  • Baggage Check: The Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to check baggage if deemed appropriate.
  • Paging: The paging of patrons at the Ice Rink will not be allowed.

Concessions

A concession stand is open and refreshments are available during public skating sessions.
