Located in Claysburg, in the beautiful Allegheny Mountains, it's the highest skiable mountain in Pennsylvania. Here’s everything you need to know to plan your snow tubing adventure!
General Information
Not a skier or snowboarder? Still want that thrill of racing through the snow? Snow tubing is a great family activity and makes for a fun date night!
Age Requirements and Supervision
- Minimum age for snow tubing is 5 years old.
- Ages 5-9 must be under adult supervision and able to ride in a tube by themselves.
- All tubers must sign an acknowledgement of risk.
- Tubers younger than 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the acknowledgement of risk.
Reservations
Reservations are required for snow tubing sessions. Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

During your two-hour session, be ready to hold on and feel the wind in your face as you race to the bottom of the park!
Snow tubing is weather dependent! We strongly suggest calling ahead prior to your scheduled session to check conditions and availability.

Snow tubing makes a great group activity. Imagine having a snow tubing birthday party...or, how about a fun outing for your church or school group, club or work group!

On Sunday, we’re skiing & riding today from 9 am until 9:30 pm on Upper & Lower Mambo Alley, Ritchey’s Run and the Snow Drop Beginner Area with a groomed surface and we’ll operate the Expressway Triple Chairlift and Snow Drop Beginner chairlift.
Our weather today can bring a mix of wintry precipitation and we’re expecting the wind to pick up by late afternoon.
In the next few days, we expect weather conditions to become suitable to give our snow crew some opportunities to get the snow guns going again!
