Cole Schneider, born on August 26, 1990, is an American professional ice hockey player. Currently, he is under contract with Storhamar Ishockey of the EliteHockey Ligaen (EHL).

Buffalo Sabres
On February 27, 2016, Schneider was involved in a trade that sent him from the Ottawa Senators to the Buffalo Sabres. On April 7, 2016, the Sabres called up forwards Rodrigues, Schneider from minors.
New York Rangers
On July 1, 2017, having left the Sabres as a free agent, Schneider agreed to a two-year, two-way contract with the New York Rangers.
Ahead of the 2018-19 season, Schneider was named the captain of the Hartford Wolf Pack. Before being traded by the Rangers to the Nashville Predators for Connor Brickley on January 14, 2019, Schneider was second among the Wolf Pack in scoring with 25 points in 36 games.
