Access for Epic Pass Holders
If you are an Epic Pass holder planning to ski in Crans-Montana, here's what you need to know:
- Epic Pass holders traveling to Crans-Montana will need to pick up a Crans-Montana access card at a ticket window prior to getting on the lifts.
- Ticket windows are located at all three gondola base areas.
- Pass holders will be asked to present proof of a valid Epic Pass or Whistler Blackcomb media card*, and valid photo ID at a Crans-Montana ticket window to validate access.
- Once validated, Pass Holders will receive a Crans-Montana access card that requires a deposit of 5 CHF (Swiss francs).
- Deposit will be refunded when the media card is returned.
It's important to note:
- Mobile Pass on the My Epic app cannot be used for lift access at Crans-Montana.
- However, Mobile Pass can be used as proof of a valid Pass to receive a Crans-Montana access card for eligible Pass Holders.
If you lost your pass, please go to your local North American lift ticket window to reprint the card prior to your trip or contact Guest Services at (970) 754-0005 for assistance. Please note that a $5 printing fee may apply.
