Juice WRLD, whose real name was Jarad Anthony Higgins, was an American rap singer born in 1998. He tragically passed away in 2019 at the young age of 21.
The musician gained significant popularity in the rap and hip-hop industry, particularly known for his hit single "Lucid Dreams," released in 2018, just a year before his untimely death.
Early Life and Musical Beginnings
Jared Higgins was born on December 2, 1998, in Chicago, Illinois, USA. Higgins' parents divorced when he was three years old. At the age of four, he learned to play the piano. In high school, Jared became interested in rock and pop music and began playing guitar and drums. Music was a constant presence throughout his short life.
The young man recorded his first tracks on a cell phone. Inspired by Tupac Shakur and his role in the movie Juice, Jared initially adopted the pseudonym JuicetheKidd, later changing it to Juice WRLD, explaining that the name "represents a takeover of the world."

The Juice WRLD Logo
The official logo for Juice WRLD, created in 2015, was a vibrant and energetic badge. The logo featured a hand-drawn logotype of the musician’s name in a "juicy" pink and orange color palette. The name was placed over a horizontally stretched banner with a flame-like top part and rounded bottom angles.
Challenges and Tragic End
While still in school, Higgins started taking drugs, which seriously undermined his health: in his last year of school he was forced to drop out because of health problems. They were also the cause of his death - the musician died of an overdose.
Despite his short career, Juice WRLD left a lasting impact on the music industry.
