All condominium units are individually owned, and each owner chooses whether or not to place his/her condominium unit in the Snowshoe Mountain rental program. Therefore, the condominium facilities at Snowshoe Mountain Resort are not hotels.

The Corduroy Inn and Lodge
Ideally located next to Powder Monkey chairlift, and across the street from Snowshoe’s Western Territory, the family-owned Corduroy Inn and Lodge offers a high level of service and convenience to its guests. The Corduroy Inn was completely renovated in 2014, with all rooms being designed in an elegant modern style blended with the rustic charm of West Virginia. Each unit has a stone fireplace and reclaimed barn wood headboards. The bathrooms feature heated tile floors and deep, luxurious soaking tubs. The Lodge is our latest addition and opened in November 2020, which includes 14 studio hotel rooms and 16 suites. All rooms are equipped with espresso machines, fine linens, and heated floors in bathrooms. All spacious suites are equipped with kitchens and have the ability to adjoin to a studio for families or larger parties. Half of the suites are western views with balconies. The lodge has a top-floor banquet hall featuring breathtaking sunset views of the Allegheny Mountains. The Lodge is located right next to the Corduroy Inn and across the street from the iconic Western Territory.

Mountain Lodge
Mountain Lodge sits on arguably the best location on the mountain! Once I arrive, I don’t have to drive anywhere. I love the convenience! Mountain Lodge offers a spacious lobby with a large stone fireplace that is a great location for a family gathering or to meet new friends. It’s a perfect place to hang out and enjoy our complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, or simply enjoy a cozy fire on a cold, winter evening!
It is up to you as the Ballhooter and Skidder chairlifts are conveniently located just outside our back door. Getting to the slopes couldn’t be any easier…our back door literally opens up onto the top of the Upper Ballhooter trail. Since Snowshoe is an inverted mountain, you don’t even have to ride a chairlift for your first run of the day. Simply walk out the back door and then ski/snowboard down the mountain.

We also feature an indoor skating atrium with nightly family-oriented features; a video arcade offering over 30 classic video games and amusements; a multi-level children’s play area; laundry facilities, satellite DISH Network with multiple premium movie channels, complimentary wireless broadband Internet and gated private parking. We feature a seated “overlook” area on each floor - where you can enjoy beautiful views of the Allegheny Mountains and Shavers Lake below. For your convenience, a limited number of bike and ski lockers are available for rental.
Take the Ballhooter lift to Shaver’s Lake for summer activities, including fishing, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats, swimming, or just relaxing on the sandy beach. You can ride your mountain bike directly from the mountain entrance of Mountain Lodge, accessing miles of trails, and return on the high-speed quad chair lift, and you and your bike are home again!
