Michael Ryan Crowley, born on July 4, 1975, in Bloomington, Minnesota, is a former American professional ice hockey player. He is best known for his time in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.
Crowley's career spanned several leagues, including the American Hockey League (AHL) and the International Hockey League (IHL), showcasing his versatility and dedication to the sport. Early Career and College Hockey
Crowley began his hockey journey with the University of Minnesota, where he honed his skills over three seasons. His strong performance caught the attention of NHL scouts, leading to his selection in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft.
He was selected 140th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers. However, before completing his college career, his NHL rights were traded in 1996 to the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim.
