The Mayfield Tavern
The opening of The Mayfield Tavern provides outstanding food by Chef David Wilder. Players can no longer bring in their own coolers and alcohol.
The Mayfield Tavern and Benchwarmers Softball Complex share the same liquor license. If the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) shuts down Benchwarmers for any violations, then The Mayfield Tavern also loses its liquor license. So, it is important for everyone to follow the no alcohol rule; that way, The Mayfield Tavern and the Benchwarmers Softball Complex can be successful.
Future Improvements
Benchwarmers Sports Complex plans on putting 100 percent of all softball funds back into improving the sports complex for years to come. The goal is to make many more upgrades like better lighting, a well for watering the fields, and other field improvements.
