Figure Skating today announced 2025 Skate America will be held in Lake Placid, New York, Nov.
Traditionally the first stop in the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Series, Skate America will be the fifth of six stops next season.
Top skaters from the United States and around the world will compete at the three-day competition in women's, men's, pairs and ice dance.
Returning to the historic 1980 Herb Brooks Arena - the site of the "Miracle on Ice" during the 1980 Olympic Winter Games - this marks the sixth time Skate America will be held in Lake Placid and the first since 2017. This is also the third time Skate America will take place in Lake Placid in an Olympic season.

"The Olympic Regional Development Authority is excited to welcome back Skate America this November," stated Chadd Cassidy, VP of operations at Lake Placid Legacy Sites.
All-session tickets are currently on sale here.
Weekend tickets will go on sale in late June while single-session tickets for championship events will be available for purchase in late September.
Figure Skating Championships travel to St. Louis, Missouri, for the second time in history.

- USA Hockey Arena (Plymouth): The USA Hockey Foundation operates the hockey arena that hosts amateur hockey teams, in addition to classes and open skate.
- Southfield Sports Arena (Southfield): The Sports Arena ice rink is the perfect place for families wanting to spend time together exercising and having fun! In addition to Open Skate hours, there are drop-in hockey opportunities and Learn to Skate lessons as well.
