Perfectly placed on the opposite end of the lakeshore from the Water Park, LandShark Landing is the water sport recreation area at Lanier Islands. With a signature LandShark Bar & Grill, beach bar, boat docks, fire pits, and special events, LandShark Landing is the place to enjoy "lake life" in a Margaritaville state of mind! With the waterfront restaurant and bars, and boat docks nearby, this is the place to escape whether you are here for the day or the weekend. Once you pass through the front gate of the resort, continue on the main road, Lanier Islands Parkway. At the clock tower roundabout, take the second exit (Lanier Islands Parkway) to a set of water features, turn left on Camellia Lane. Take the first right and park in the Grand Hall parking lot. The steps down to LandShark Landing are towards the rear of the parking lot. Veer right towards the bridge over the lake and water park entrance gate. Please note the following changes to Fin Up Water Park and LandShark Landing. Lake access for swimming is no longer available. The general beach area will remain open. We are certain it will continue to be a popular destination to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Please note, all dock slips are available at a first come, first served basis.
