What to Expect on Your Tour

Essential Gear Provided

We provide most all of the gear that you need for a snowmobile tour! We have warm full body snow suits, boots, gloves and a DOT approved helmet at no extra charge to you. Our sizes range from X-Small to 5-XL, so we have something for everyone!

Bringing Your Own Gear

Yes, you can certainly bring your own gear as it will likely fit you better, especially if you have young children. If you want to bring your own snow gear, that is perfectly fine to do. We have small selection of children's gear, so bringing your is helpful. Helmets must be DOT certified with the sticker on the back, snowboarding and ski helmets are not permitted.

Safety First

We provide a safety orientation before each ride to explain how the snowmobile works, some basic instruction on how to ride the snowmobile and some rules of the trail. Our guides are familiar with the hazards of the trails and will make certain to slow down for sharp corners, then speeds can pick back up on the straightaways.

Our tours all start on private and family-owned land so we want to respect the owners and keep tours at 10-15 mph. Our 2 hour and longer tours reach forest service groomed trails and depending on the ability of the group, speeds can get up to 35-45 mph depending on the conditions.
