The Pride Hockey Association (PHA) is dedicated to supporting the Washington Pride, a comprehensive college preparatory youth women's ice hockey program. The purpose of the PHA program is to prepare young women for college athletics, academics, and leadership. PHA offers a structured pathway for young female athletes to excel in hockey while also focusing on their academic and personal growth.

Program Structure
PHA boasts a multi-tiered structure designed to cater to different age groups and skill levels:
- U19: This team competes in the Junior Women's Hockey League, which includes ice hockey teams from both the US and Canada.
- U16: A competitive team for players under 16 years of age.
- U14-Major: A team for players under 14, focusing on advanced skills and game strategy.
- U14-Minor: Another team for players under 14, providing a development-focused environment.
- Pride Futures: A skills development program tailored for girls aged 9-12.
All teams compete against other Mid-Atlantic boys and girls hockey teams.
Frozen Pride Classic: Celebrating Inclusivity in Hockey
Promoting inclusivity in hockey is the essence of the Seattle Pride Classic.

The association hosted the inaugural Frozen Pride Classic in February 2025. The second annual Frozen Pride Classic will debut over President’s Day weekend in February 13 - 15, 2026.
This 2024-25 season, PHA is excited to embark on a journey to inspire and connect across 2-3 vibrant cities as part of Team Seattle, including Palm Springs and Chicago.
